Phase Three: Splash Pad & Pavilion
Landon’s Legacy Foundation is moving into the next exciting stage of the Poly Vista Complex: Phase 3: the Splash Pad and Pavilion. This phase continues the vision that began with Landon’s Miracle Field and grew with the inclusive playground, creating a place where children and families of all abilities can play, gather, celebrate, and feel welcome.
Born from the belief that every child deserves the chance to play, Phase 3 will add new opportunities for fun, connection, shade, rest, and community at Landon’s Legacy. The splash pad will create a fun and accessible water-play area where children can cool off, laugh, and play together. The pavilion will provide a much-needed gathering space for families, teams, volunteers, community events, celebrations, and visitors enjoying the park.
Together, these additions will help make the complex an even more welcoming destination for families across Billings and the surrounding area.

WHY PHASE THREE MATTERS
Landon’s Legacy Park was created so no child would have to watch life from the sidelines. Each phase of this project brings that mission to life in a new way. The Miracle Field gave athletes a place to play baseball. The inclusive playground created a space where children could climb, swing, slide, explore, and play together. Now, Phase 3 will add another layer of accessibility and joy with a splash pad and pavilion designed for the whole community. This project is about more than construction. It is about creating memories, building friendships, supporting families, and making sure children and adults of all abilities have a place where they are included.
